In der App

Einstellungen → Konto & Cloud → Konto verwalten → Konto löschen. Das geht sofort, auf dem iPhone und auf Android.

Ohne App, per E-Mail

Schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an support@setbok.ch mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Du musst die App dafür nicht installieren. Ich lösche das Konto innert 30 Tagen und bestätige es dir per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Konto mit E-Mail-Adresse und Anmeldung
Alle Daten in der Cloud: Workouts, Vorlagen, Programme, Einstellungen und das Datum der Kontoerstellung
Falls du MealBok mit demselben Konto nutzt, auch dessen Daten in der Cloud

Es bleibt nichts davon gespeichert. Ausgenommen sind nur E-Mails, die du mit dem Support ausgetauscht hast. Die Daten auf deinem Handy löschst du mit Einstellungen → Alle Daten löschen oder indem du die App löschst.

Ein laufendes Abo für SetBok Pro endet nicht mit dem Konto. Kündige es im App Store bzw. in Google Play unter Abos.

Delete your SetBok account

In the app

Settings → Account & cloud → Manage account → Delete account. It takes effect right away, on iPhone and on Android.

Without the app, by email

Write from your account's email address to support@setbok.ch with the subject "Delete account". You don't need to install the app for this. I'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account with its email address and sign-in
All cloud data: workouts, templates, programs, settings and the date the account was created
If you use MealBok with the same account, its cloud data too

Nothing of it is kept. The only exception is email you exchanged with support. Delete the data on your phone with Settings → Delete all data, or by deleting the app.

A running SetBok Pro subscription does not end with the account. Cancel it in the App Store or in Google Play under Subscriptions.
